At Vedvi Naturals, we prioritize customer satisfaction and stand by the quality of our products. We understand that sometimes orders may need to be modified or returned, and we strive to make the process as seamless as possible. Our Cancellation & Return Policy ensures transparency and fairness while maintaining hygiene and safety standards. Please read the following guidelines carefully to understand how cancellations, returns, and refunds work at Vedvi Naturals.
- Order Cancellation
Before Shipment:
Customers can cancel their order within 24 hours of placing it by contacting our customer support team at vedvicare@gmail.com. A full refund will be processed to the original payment method.
After Shipment:
Once an order is shipped, it cannot be canceled. However, customers can opt for a return or replacement if eligible.
- Return & Replacement Policy
We strive to provide high-quality products. Our shipments go through rigorous quality check processes before leaving our warehouse. However, in the rare case that your product is damaged during shipment or transit, you can request a replacement or cancellation and refund.
Important: Please capture a video or photographs of the shipment carton and product while opening the package, as we will require them as evidence during the return process.
Eligibility for Returns & Replacements
- The return request must be made within 7 days of delivery.
- The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging, with all seals, labels, and invoices intact.
- Returns are accepted only for products that are damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery.
- If you have ordered multiple items, you can initiate a return/replacement/refund for any individual item. However, any product being returned must be returned in full, including all components and any complimentary gifts or products that came with it.
Non-Returnable Items
- Opened, used, or tampered products.
- Products purchased during sales, promotions, or clearance events.
- Personal care items such as shampoos, conditioners, and skincare products due to hygiene reasons (unless they are damaged or defective).
Return Process
- Initiate a Request: Contact our customer support at vedvicare@gmail.com with the following details:
- Order details
- Product images
- Your contact details
- Reason for return
- Verification: Our team will review the request and approve/reject the return based on eligibility criteria.
- Pickup & Refund: If approved, we will arrange a return pickup. Once received and verified, a refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
- Refund Policy
- Cancellation Before Shipment: We initiate the refund process within 24-48 business hours after receiving the cancellation request.
- Cancellation After Shipment or Return: Refunds will be processed once the returned products have been received and verified at our warehouse.
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
- For payments made via credit/debit cards or net banking, refunds will be initiated to the same account within 24-48 business hours after we receive the returned products. It may take up to 5 business days for the amount to reflect in your account.
- If the payment was made via COD (Cash on Delivery), refunds will be processed through bank transfer only. Our team may contact you for bank details. COD orders are not eligible for cancellation refunds before dispatch or delivery; only product returns (if applicable) are accepted. Refunds via bank transfer may take an additional 5 business days to reflect in your account.
- Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.
- All returns shall be processed through bank account mode only. No cash transactions will be involved for returns. We do not offer wallet refunds for cancellations.
- Exchange Policy
We offer exchanges only for damaged or incorrect items. If the requested product is unavailable, customers can opt for:
- A full refund
- A replacement with another product of equal value
